Thank you for supporting Luxe Art Studio.

Each artwork is handmade to order with care, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. Because every piece is created specifically for the customer, please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or artistic details

  • Custom or commissioned artwork

Each piece is individually handcrafted, and slight variations are a natural part of the creative process that make every artwork unique.

Handmade Artwork Disclaimer

The artwork you receive will closely resemble the listing photos; however, no two pieces are identical. Slight variations in texture, color tones, brushwork, metallic finishes, and design details may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging

Upon review, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted because materials and labor have already been committed to creating your artwork.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

Custom-sized, personalized, or commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
