Each artwork is handmade to order and carefully crafted specifically for you. Please review the information below regarding processing and shipping times.

Processing Time

All artworks are handmade to order.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your artwork to be created, prepared, and packaged before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, busy seasons, or for custom orders.

If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

International Shipping

Luxe Art Studio proudly ships worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Please check with your local customs office for additional information regarding potential fees.

Custom Orders

Custom-sized and commissioned artwork may require additional production time depending on the scope of the project.

Handmade Artwork Notice

Every piece is individually handcrafted. While the design will remain true to the listing photos, slight variations in texture, color tones, patterns, and artistic details may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and make each artwork unique.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Luxe Art Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist, Luxe Art Studio cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
